Acceptable Use Policy

NeuroFans is a safe, legal space for adult content (18+). This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what you may and may not do on the Platform. It supplements — and forms part of — our Terms of Service.

Any violation results in immediate permanent account ban, content deletion, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement. No refund is issued.

What You May Do

  • Create erotic and pornographic content featuring adult (18+) characters.
  • Monetise exclusive content via subscriptions, tips, and pay-per-view.
  • Use AI generation tools for creative and commercial purposes.
  • Communicate with other users within the rules of this Policy.

Absolute Prohibitions

Category 1 — Minors

  • Any sexual context involving persons or characters under 18 years of age.
  • Role-play hinting at minor status: "schoolgirl", "teen", "barely legal", "18 only yesterday".
  • Anime or illustrated aesthetics with characteristics indicating a minor.
  • Any character that appears or behaves as a minor, regardless of stated age.

Category 2 — Animals

  • Bestiality — any sexual context involving animals, real or fictionalised.
  • Anthropomorphic characters with prominent animal features in sexual scenarios.

Category 3 — Violence & Death

  • Necrophilia — sexual context involving dead or represented-as-dead subjects.
  • Torture, rape, or injury depicted without documented consent of all parties.
  • Content promoting or glorifying suicide or self-harm.

Category 4 — Incest

  • Incest in any form, including role-play.
  • "Step" family scenarios (step-sister, step-mom, step-dad, etc.).
  • Any content implying family relationships in a sexual context.

Category 5 — Real People Without Consent

  • Deepfakes or any content depicting real identifiable persons without their written consent.
  • Celebrities, politicians, or private individuals.
  • Uploading or using someone else's photos for generation without their permission.

Category 6 — Extremism & Hate

  • Racial, religious, or national hatred.
  • Terrorism, incitement to violence, extremist propaganda.

Category 7 — Other Illegal Activity

  • Promotion or depiction of controlled substances.
  • Fraud, phishing, identity theft, or credential harvesting.
  • Uploading content you do not have the rights to (copyright infringement).
  • Attempting to scrape, reverse-engineer, or harm Platform infrastructure.

Content Moderation

We use a combination of automated AI filters and human moderation. Content that violates this Policy is removed immediately upon detection. "It's just a fantasy" is not a valid defence — our filters block such requests and the account is permanently removed.
